Refund Policy

Read the ToolsJin Refund Policy before you buy. When refunds or replacements may apply, when they do not, how to open a ticket, and how approved refunds are paid.

This Refund Policy explains when ToolsJin may refund or replace a purchase, when a refund is not available, and how to ask for a review. Read it together with our Terms and Conditions. If the two pages ever differ on a detail, the Terms and Conditions control the legal relationship, and this page explains the refund process in plain language.

1. Our refund promise

ToolsJin sells digital membership access and related digital services. Because access is checked manually and delivered online, refunds are limited and reviewed case by case. We do not run automatic renewals: every payment starts when you choose a plan and submit proof.

We aim to be fair. If a paid core tool stays unavailable for a long period because of a ToolsJin-side fault, we will review a refund or a practical replacement while your paid period is still active. Short interruptions that are restored within a normal working window are part of group-buy service and do not create an automatic refund.

2. When a refund or replacement may apply

You may open a ticket and ask for a review if one of these is true:

  • Extended ToolsJin-side downtime. A paid core tool in your active plan stays unavailable for a long stretch because of a fault on our side, and the issue is not fixed within a reasonable working window after you report it.
  • Paid access never activated. You paid the correct amount, submitted a clear transaction ID and screenshot, and we confirmed the payment — but the paid plan was never turned on and we cannot activate it.
  • Duplicate successful payment. The same order was paid twice by mistake and both payments were verified as successful.

If a review is approved, ToolsJin may offer one of the following, based on what fits the case:

  • a refund through the original payment path or another method we confirm with you
  • replacement access to another available tool of similar usefulness for the remaining paid period
  • an extension of the affected plan period

Approval is not guaranteed. We look at payment proof, order history, tool status logs, fair-use signals, and whether the issue was reported while the paid period was still active.

3. When a refund is not available

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • you changed your mind after the plan was activated
  • you did not use the plan during the paid period
  • you shared your login, session, dashboard link, or access method, or broke fair-use rules
  • your account was suspended or banned for policy abuse, fraud, or security risk
  • payment details, screenshots, or transaction IDs were wrong, unclear, reused, or mismatched
  • the problem is caused by your device, browser, internet connection, local network, or VPN/proxy setup
  • a third-party tool has short downtime, maintenance, provider limits, or feature changes that we restore or work around within a normal service window
  • you expected unlimited crawling, agency-level volume, or features that the shared provider does not allow on a single seat
  • you bought the wrong plan by mistake after activation was completed

Buying a ToolsJin plan does not mean unlimited commercial use. Limits protect the service for every member. Hitting a fair usage or provider limit is not, by itself, a refund reason.

4. One-time services and reports

One-time products such as an Official Ahrefs Audit Report are digital work delivered for a specific URL or request. Once the report or deliverable has been provided, it is usually non-refundable.

If we cannot deliver a one-time service for a ToolsJin-side reason, we will review a refund or a corrected delivery. If the delay is caused by missing details from your side, fix those details first so we can complete the work.

5. How to request a review

  1. Log in to your ToolsJin member account.
  2. Open a support ticket while the paid period is still active.
  3. Include your order or transaction ID, the tool or plan affected, when the issue started, and what you already tried.
  4. Attach clear screenshots if they help explain the problem.

Requests sent after the paid period ends, or without enough detail to verify the order, may be closed without a refund. Please allow our team time to check payment proof and tool status before expecting a decision.

6. How approved refunds are paid

If a refund is approved, we usually return funds through the original path (for example JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer) or another method we confirm with you in the ticket.

Processing time depends on banks and wallets. After ToolsJin marks a refund as approved and sent, the receiving bank or wallet may still take additional time to show the amount. Currency conversion differences, wallet fees, or bank fees outside ToolsJin are not added on top as a second refund.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a problem, open a ToolsJin ticket first so we can investigate. Starting a bank or wallet chargeback while a good-faith review is possible can delay help and may lead to account review or suspension when fraud risk is involved.

False or abusive payment disputes may result in refused future orders and permanent account closure without refund for unused days.

8. Policy updates

We may update this Refund Policy when our plans, payment flow, or service risks change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. The policy in force at the time of your order applies to that order, unless a later update is clearly more favorable and we choose to apply it.
