1. Agreement to these terms

When you visit toolsjin.com, create a member account, place an order, upload payment proof, open a support ticket, or use any ToolsJin dashboard feature, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply together with any plan description shown at checkout, any fair-use notice inside your account, and any later update published on this page. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not pay for a plan.

In these terms, “ToolsJin”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the ToolsJin service operated at toolsjin.com. “You” and “your” mean the person or business using the website or buying access.

2. What ToolsJin provides

ToolsJin is an affordable group buy SEO tools membership desk. We help customers get access to selected premium SEO, research, writing, and related tools at a lower cost than buying every tool separately.

Depending on the package or individual tool you buy, access may include tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Majestic, Niche Scraper, ChatGPT, Grammarly, QuillBot, and other tools listed on our Packages or Individual tools pages. The exact tools included are always the ones shown for the plan you purchase at the time of order.

Important: ToolsJin is not the owner of Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, ChatGPT, or other third-party brands. Those brands keep their own trademarks, terms, and product rights. ToolsJin provides membership access through our platform and account desk. Tool features, servers, and policies belong to each tool provider and can change without notice from ToolsJin.

We may also offer one-time services such as an Official Ahrefs Audit Report sold per page. One-time services follow the description on the product card and the payment rules below.

3. Who can use ToolsJin

You must be able to form a valid agreement under the law that applies where you live. If you buy for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

You must give true registration details, including a working email address. False details, fake payment screenshots, or stolen payment methods can lead to refused activation and account closure.

4. Accounts and login security

Your ToolsJin login is personal. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Tell us quickly through support if you think someone else used your account without permission. We may reset sessions, ask for verification, or pause access while we check the issue.

We may use cookies, session tokens, device checks, IP checks, and security reviews to protect the platform and reduce account sharing.

5. Fair use and no sharing

Group buy pricing only works when every member uses one account for one person. Sharing destroys the model and puts other customers at risk.

You agree that you will not:

• share your ToolsJin login, dashboard link, session, or access method with another person
• resell, rent, or redistribute ToolsJin access
• open the same account from many devices or networks in a way that looks like multi-user sharing
• use VPNs, proxies, or automation mainly to bypass device, session, or usage limits
• let a team or agency share one low-cost seat that was priced for a single user

If you need access for more than one person, buy a separate plan for each user. Breaking the fair-use rules can lead to suspension or permanent ban without refund.

6. Plans, prices, and payments

Current packages, individual tools, and prices are shown on toolsjin.com. Prices are commonly displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If another currency is shown at checkout, that checkout amount is the amount due.

Unless we clearly advertise automatic renewal for a specific product, ToolsJin payments are started by you. You choose a plan, pay through the listed methods (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer), then submit the transaction ID and payment screenshot from your account.

Access starts after payment is checked and approved. Manual payments are not instant. Empty payment forms, unclear screenshots, mismatched amounts, or reused transaction IDs can delay or block activation.

We may update prices, package contents, and plan duration when tool costs or availability change. The price you accepted at checkout applies to that paid order period, unless the order was rejected for fraud or policy reasons.

7. Tool access and availability

After approval, tools appear in your member area according to the plan you bought. Some tools open instantly from the dashboard. Others may need a short setup window.

Because ToolsJin depends on third-party platforms, short downtime can happen for maintenance, provider limits, account rotation, or network issues. A short interruption that is restored within a reasonable working window is part of normal group-buy service and does not automatically create a refund.

We may replace, pause, or rearrange a tool in a package when the original provider becomes unavailable. Where we can, we will keep the package useful for the same kind of work you bought it for.

8. Usage limits

Premium tools almost always have limits. ToolsJin may also set daily, monthly, search, report, login, or feature limits so the service stays stable for every member.

Limits can include report caps, query caps, session caps, download caps, or disabled features that the shared provider does not allow. Buying a plan does not mean unlimited commercial crawling, mass automation, or agency-level volume on a single seat.

If your usage harms the platform, other members, or a third-party tool account, we may slow, restrict, or stop your access.

9. Refunds and service issues

Please read plan details carefully before you pay. Because access is digital and checked manually, refunds are limited.

Refunds are generally not available when:

• you simply changed your mind after activation
• you did not use the plan during the paid period
• you shared the account or broke fair-use rules
• you sent wrong payment details or an invalid screenshot
• the issue is caused by your device, browser, internet, or local network
• a third-party tool has short downtime that we restore within a normal service window

We may review a refund or replacement request if a paid core tool stays unavailable for a long period because of a ToolsJin-side fault, and you open a ticket while the paid period is still active. One-time audit reports and already delivered digital work are usually non-refundable once delivered.

Approved refunds, if any, are handled through the original payment path or another method we confirm with you. Processing time can vary by bank or wallet.

10. Prohibited activities

You agree not to use ToolsJin for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. This includes fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access to systems, copyright theft at scale, harassment, or any attempt to attack ToolsJin infrastructure.

You also agree not to scrape our website, reverse engineer access methods, bypass security checks, or create multiple accounts to evade a ban.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently ban an account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe these terms were broken, payment was fraudulent, or continued access creates risk for ToolsJin, other customers, or third-party tools.

When an account is banned for policy abuse, unused days are not refunded. You may stop using ToolsJin at any time. Stopping use does not by itself create a refund for the current paid period.

12. Intellectual property

The ToolsJin website design, logo, text, dashboard layout, and original content belong to ToolsJin or its licensors. You may use the site for normal member use. You may not copy our branding, scrape our content for a competing service, or present ToolsJin materials as your own product.

Third-party tool names and logos are shown for identification only. Rights in those tools stay with their owners.

13. Disclaimers

ToolsJin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the membership desk reliable, but we do not promise that every third-party tool will always be online, feature-complete, or free from provider-side changes.

We do not promise specific SEO rankings, traffic results, or business outcomes from using any tool. Results depend on your own work, market, and how you use each platform.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, ToolsJin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm connected to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for a claim related to a paid order is limited to the amount you paid ToolsJin for that specific order period.

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party tool outages, provider policy changes, payment gateway delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

15. Indemnity

You agree to protect ToolsJin from claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, your violation of a third-party tool’s rules, or content and campaigns you run with the tools.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update this page when our packages, payment flow, security rules, or legal needs change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of ToolsJin after an update means you accept the revised terms for future use and new orders.

17. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved through support, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.
