Privacy Policy

Read the ToolsJin Privacy Policy. How we collect and use account, payment, support, and security data for our group buy SEO tools membership on toolsjin.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what information ToolsJin collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what choices you have. It is written for customers in Pakistan and worldwide who use our group buy SEO tools membership desk. Please also read our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

In this policy, “ToolsJin”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the ToolsJin service operated at toolsjin.com. “You” means a visitor, member, or business using the website or buying access.

ToolsJin provides affordable membership access to selected SEO, research, writing, and related tools. We are not the owner of third-party brands such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, ChatGPT, or Grammarly. Those providers have their own privacy policies when you use their products through access we arrange.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile

  • name and email address
  • password (stored as a secure hash, not as plain text)
  • optional Google sign-in identifiers if you choose Google login
  • account status, plan history, and referral or affiliate codes linked to your account

Orders and payments

  • plan selected, currency, amount, and order status
  • transaction ID and payment screenshot you upload for manual payment review
  • notes needed to approve, reject, refund, or extend an order

ToolsJin uses manual payment methods such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer. We do not ask you to type full card PANs into toolsjin.com for those manual methods. If a third-party checkout is added later, that provider’s privacy notice also applies to data they process.

Support and messages

  • support tickets, replies, and attachments you send
  • messages needed to answer payment, access, or refund questions

Technical and security data

  • IP address, approximate location or country signal when available
  • browser and device information, user agent, and basic session metadata
  • login times, session tokens, and device or browser fingerprint signals used to reduce account sharing and abuse
  • server logs needed to keep the site online and investigate incidents

Marketing and site use

  • pages you open on the public marketing site
  • referral links and affiliate cookies when you arrive through a partner link
  • optional newsletter or announcement preferences if we offer them in your account

We do not knowingly ask for sensitive categories such as biometric templates, health data, or government ID numbers as a normal part of signup. If a payment screenshot shows extra personal details, we use that file only to verify the payment.

3. How we use information

  • create and secure your member account
  • activate, renew, transfer, or end plans you buy
  • review payment proof and prevent fraud or duplicate claims
  • open tools you are entitled to use and enforce fair-use / session limits
  • answer tickets and send service messages about orders, access, or security
  • pay or track affiliate commissions when that program is enabled
  • improve site reliability, detect abuse, and protect other members
  • meet accounting, tax, and legal duties that apply to our operations

We do not sell your personal information as a product list to unrelated data brokers.

5. When we share information

We may share information only when needed for the service or required by law:

  • Infrastructure providers that host our website, database, files, email, or messaging delivery
  • Payment rails you choose such as banks or wallets, when you send money and we match your proof
  • Security and anti-abuse tools that help us review suspicious logins or bot traffic
  • Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers under confidentiality duties
  • Authorities when we believe disclosure is required by applicable law or to protect ToolsJin, members, or the public from harm or fraud

Staff and admins can see order, ticket, and security data needed to run the desk. Access is limited to people who need it for their role.

Third-party tool brands may process their own logs when you use their product. ToolsJin does not control those independent privacy practices.

6. Cookies and similar tech

We use cookies and similar storage to:

  • keep you signed in to the member or admin area
  • remember basic preferences such as theme where offered
  • store a short-lived referral or affiliate marker after you click a partner link
  • support security checks such as bot protection or device signals

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block essential login cookies, member features may not work. Non-essential analytics cookies, if added later, will be described here or in a short cookie notice.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to a membership desk, including hashed passwords, session controls, HTTPS on toolsjin.com, access limits for staff tools, and monitoring for suspicious multi-device or multi-country activity.

No online service is perfectly secure. Please use a strong unique password, keep your login private, and tell us quickly through support if you think someone else used your account.

8. How long we keep data

  • Account data — while your account stays open and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for disputes, fraud prevention, or legal records
  • Orders and payment proof — for as long as needed for activation history, refunds, chargebacks, accounting, and audit
  • Tickets — while useful for support quality and dispute history, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed
  • Security logs and sessions — for shorter operational windows unless an investigation requires longer retention

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or keep only de-identified records where that still helps security or analytics.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • access the main personal data we hold about your account
  • correct inaccurate profile details
  • delete an account when we have no overriding legal need to keep records
  • export basic account information you provided
  • object to or limit certain processing where the law allows
  • withdraw optional consent without affecting processing that must continue for the contract or law

Send privacy requests through a member support ticket or the contact options below. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner. Some records (for example confirmed payment proof tied to fraud prevention) may need to be kept even if the login is closed.

10. Children

ToolsJin is aimed at adults who can form a valid agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child created an account, contact us and we will review deletion.

11. International access

ToolsJin may be used from Pakistan and other countries. Your information may be processed on servers or by providers outside your home country. When we transfer personal data, we take steps appropriate to the risk and to the laws that apply to our service.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our products, payments, hosting, or legal duties change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we may also post a notice on the site or in your member area.

13. Contact

Privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests can be sent through:

  • member support tickets after login
  • the Contact Us section on toolsjin.com
  • WhatsApp chat on the website when available
